You're the city's first line of defense in the fight against the flames! Take on exciting and realistic missions in the second part of this thrilling fire department strategy simulation. Come up with a strategy for every mission. Work against the clock to rescue trapped victims; choose the most appropriate extinguishing agent for each situation; use the available sources of water and prevent more serious damage.

Assume operational command of an entire city's fire stations! As Fire Commander, you are responsible for the safety of the city and must ensure that your units are up to the task; no matter whether it's a simple fire or a catastrophic train accident. Improve your equipment, deploy specialists to specific fire teams and coordinate journeys to simultaneous missions using the city map.

City of Belvitsia:
Welcome to Belvitsia, Chief!
The city of Belvitsia, located in the heart of Europe, is separated from the mainland by the glistening river Junea. The fire service there has a long and illustrious history dating back to the 18th century. In recent years, however, there have been budget cutbacks and a string of botched missions have resulted in a loss of confidence among citizens. But you are now the Fire Chief of the East City Fire District. This is a new initiative set up by an upcoming young politician – Councilor Erik Pedersen – who has his eye on the Mayor's office.
A new station was built in the West City and Leo Kopernic, the city's former fire chief, was reassigned to it – much to his annoyance. As a good friend of the mayor, Kopernic had given his best years to the Belvitsia Fire Service. And what was his reward? Demotion! Now Pedersen has appointed an outsider to run the old East station – an outsider. Well... we'll see how that goes!
Vehicles:
Medium Fire Engine
The Medium Fire Engine is the backbone of all fire departments. It has a crew-cab with seating for 4 firefighters and a range of firefighting supplies including reserve Air Bottles, Attack and Supply Hoses and Hydrant Risers. A medium-sized water tank along with a rear-installed two-stage pump allow the vehicle to operate on its own for the first few minutes before additional water sources are needed.
Foam Tender
Foam Tenders are most useful in rapidly developing liquid fires. The vehicle has a built-in foam mixer system and a powerful rooftop foam cannon with a long throw range that can be used to take down aggressive liquid fires quickly.
Ladder Vehicle
The Ladder Vehicle features a hydraulic telescopic ladder mounted on a turntable at the back of its chassis that can be used to provide access for firefighters at heights. This vehicle is mostly used in high-rise fires and rescues.
Light Fire Engine
The Light Fire Engine has a small cabin with capacity for 2 firefighters and a driver. It carries basic firefighting equipment and a rather limited capacity water tank that is just enough to tackle small, isolated fires or initiate an attack in case of a large, spreading fire.
Bulk Water Carrier
This somewhat slow, heavy vehicle on an 18-tonne chassis is built to transport and deploy large volumes of water to the scene of fire. It has a huge, cylindrical water tank divided into multiple compartments as well as some locker capacity for ordinary firefighting equipment.
Water Tender
The Water Tender has a larger water tank than regular fire engines, though still smaller than that of the Bulk Water Carrier. It also features a remote-controlled rooftop water cannon and basic firefighting equipment, allowing it to operate independently and as operational support to Fire Engines.
Ambulance
The Emergency Ambulance is used to provide immediate care and transportation capacity to injured and critical victims. In an equipment locker directly accessible from outside, it carries a Paramedic Kit with advanced supplies for emergency medical treatment and stabilization. In the patient compartment, the vehicle carries one Stretcher.
Powder Tender
The Powder Tender has two large, pressurized "Purple-K" dry powder tanks and a two-barrel turret used to discharge the extinguishing agent. This vehicle is especially effective as the main strike force against electric fires.
